3. Payment and Fees

Our service involves a processing fee, which is clearly outlined before you confirm payment. This fee is for form preparation assistance and customer support. Payments are handled securely via external payment gateways.

Note: The official C5 form is available at no cost through the Jamaican Government’s website. Our fee is for added value services such as review and guided support.

4. Refund Policy

Once processing begins or a form is submitted, payments are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered for duplicate payments or technical errors. Submit any such request to support@jamaicaform.org within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

JamaicaForm.com is not responsible for:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by users

  • Government processing delays, rejections, or system outages

  • Issues beyond our control related to official systems or agencies

Our total liability is limited to the service fee paid.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, design, images, and logos on JamaicaForm.com are the property of our platform. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. User Obligations

You agree not to:
